Sorry I haven’t been posting much lately. I’ve been so caught up with clients and work and life all together. I’m so happy I have time to finally sit down, write and let my mind run free.
So it’s 2016 and every girl now knows eyebrows are important. If you’ve neglected your eyebrows in high school and plucked them super thin, don’t blame Gwen stefani. (Even though she’s managed to grow her eyebrows back) 😩
I was one of the 90’s babies who over plucked eyebrows to a point they wouldn’t grow back anymore. It became depressing, I’ve managed to solve my dilemma by massaging castor oil onto my brows every night before bed. It makes them grow super fast and makes them really thick.
90% of my clients get their brows threaded. Myself on the other hand, maintain my own with tweezers. I now know when to step back and leave them alone so it saves me time booking appointments and having the thought of someone else messing up my brows.
A lot of people have been asking me what I use when I do my brows. I mainly use my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow pomade. Depending on the colour of my hair I tend to switch up the shades. But lately I’ve been using a mix of medium brown and ebony. My style of brows isn’t for everyone. But I really enjoy doing them this way, once they fully grow out I might consider “natural brows” haha
(ps, how good do my nails look?! Shout out to Sue from Fashion nail bar Toowong for hooking a girl up!)
You can buy the Dipbrow on the Anastasia Beverly Hills website. Beware of buying Anastasia products elsewhere because there’s so many counterfeit cosmetics on the market, you don’t wanna get ripped off. It is tricky to use for beginners but all you need is a super thin angled brush and a teeeeny amount of Dipbrow & a little concealer to achieve perfect brows.
thats all for now,
talk soon ❤️✌🏼️
